SADAD Bahrain enabled the service of paying the cost of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) test for passengers arriving at Bahrain International Airport through its payment kiosks located at the airport and various other locations across the Kingdom. SADAD's keenness to provide this service stems from the basis of the instructions issued by the national team to combat the Coronavirus (Covid-19), as all travelers arriving to the Kingdom must undergo laboratory tests for the Covid-19 virus at their own expense at a cost of 60 Bahraini dinars. A laboratory examination is carried out for arriving travelers again after 10 days of their arrival in the Kingdom of Bahrain without undergoing health isolation. SADAD enables travelers to pay the cost of the tests upon arrival at the airport, as self-payment kiosks are available at Bahrain International Airport and various regions of the Kingdom. Exempt are members of cabin crews, diplomats, travelers on official missions, and those returning from medical trips. Likewise, transit passengers will not be subjected to laboratory examination procedures. The cost of the final examination is an additional 30 Bahraini dinars, which can be paid through SADAD’s application or at the examination center.
