  • What happens if I forget my password?

    If you forget your PIN or password, just tap the "Forgot PIN?" or "Forgot your password?" links. You’ll be asked to create a new password and new PIN for added security and an activation code will be sent to your phone, which you need to enter to complete the reset process.

  • Why isn’t my password being accepted?

    Your password must be between 8 and 12 characters long. It has to contain at least 1 number, one UPPERCASE letter, and one lowercase letter.

  • How do I add a payment to my favorites?

    There are two ways to add a payment to your favorites:

    1. After you complete your payment, there is an option to "add this payment to favorites". Tapping this will add the payment(s) you just made to your favorites for a quicker process in the future.
    2. If you forgot to click that link when you made your payment, you can always visit your transaction history, under the "History" tab in the main menu. There, you can tap the star icon next to any of your past payments to add it to your favorites.
  • How do I access my favorites?

    Either tap the star icon on the top right of your screen or select "Favorites" from the main menu.

  • What is my account?

    Your account is where your digital funds are stored. You can use these funds to pay for any of the many SADAD services, at your leisure.

  • How can I top-up my account balance?

    There are two ways to top-up your account balance. Select "My Account" from the main menu and tap the "Top-up your account" button. You will be presented with two options, either "Debit Card" or "Kiosk". If you choose "Debit Card" you can add funds directly to your account from within the app using our secure payment page. If you choose "Kiosk" you will be redirected to our map where you can find the nearest kiosk to you and purchase top-up cards using cash.

  • What are my payment options?

    You can pay in one of two ways: "Debit Card", or "My Account". Selecting "Debit Card" will redirect you to a secure payment page where you will be able to complete your transaction without leaving the app. If you choose "My Account", you will be asked for your password, and then asked to confirm payment. Successful confirmation will result in the requisite amount of funds being withdrawn from your account and used for your transactions.

  • Can I pay with my credit card?

    Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept credit cards, but we are hard at work to add this functionality for your convenience. In the meantime, you can pay with your debit card, or by using your in-app account balance, which can be topped up using cash at any of our kiosks.
